The story begins with freelance photojournalist Qiu Lun dating his girlfriend Hai Wen at a beautiful small lake in Switzerland, where he discovers a person who should absolutely not be there—General Qi Luo, the head of state of an Asian country he once photographed. Full of suspicion, Qiu Lun abandons his girlfriend and follows the general to a place near Lehman Hospital, and disappears without a trace. Five years later, Hai Wen visits Wesley with news of Qiu Lun's death. To investigate Qiu Lun's cause of death, Wesley decides to go to Switzerland to uncover the mystery of Lehman Hospital!
